Custom Logo Design for First Response
A Custom Logo Design Project
Hey, my name is Martin Williams and I created this Custom Logo Design. I am a veteran logo designer with over 25 years professional experience. Below you will find an example of my work, more can be found in my portfolios, thank you.
The Challenge:
Every logo design project has its challenges, the biggest challenge here was to fit in the sheer amount of text that was to accompany the logo. Not only do we have the company name but also a really long tagline in “Gas and Central Heating Services”.
My Thoughts:
I was really pleased that this logo turned out as clean and modern as it did. One of the requirements was that the brand was different from the more traditional designs out there within this sector.
I spent a lot of time exploring solutions as to how best incorporate such a long tagline into a simple, clean design.
After some experimentation I hit upon the idea of wrapping it around a central focus area which would house the brand name.
Given how much text there was there wasn’t much room for supporting graphics so I came up with the very simple alert lines at the top and bottom to tie in with the brand name First Response.
