Lawn Care Company Logo Design
Company Logo Design for DSM Lawn Care Dudley
DSM Lawn Care were looking for a brand refresh, I first designed a logo for them many, many years ago. And they decided to return to me once again to freshen things up with a new logo and website.
Often, revisiting or refreshing a brand you have worked on previously can be one of the most challenging kinds of projects. You have to force yourself to be very critical of your own work (this isn’t too hard for me to be fair as I am probably my own biggest critic!), it can however, be hard to approach everything with fresh eyes and come up with something even more creative.
Luckily, when I first worked on this project it was early in my career and my skills have increased exponentially since then.
Working with David at DSM is always a pleasure. He loved the branding I did originally probably about 10 or more years prior to this refresh and he was equally happy with this new updated and slightly more modern version.
There are quite a few small little details and subtle touches in this design, from the way the grass letters interact to the subtle lighting and use of gradients to give a 3D feeling to the design.
I always pride myself on my attention to detail, it is often the little things that make the difference, so this was fun to work on.
